Well, it's better than some kinds of regular speed ;-)
During five days I convinced about 20 to 50 people to do Herbal Speed and everybody loved it. Til now I didn't notice any real side-effects, but you should better be careful because of the nutmeg - that can be lethal in combination with coffee, alcohol, bananas, pineapples, cheese and other foods!
I think it's a well-working method to keep you alive after doing to much cannabis (i.g. at my last trip to Amsterdam...), but it's dangerous after lots of alcohol or if you do it regulary.
